TRENTON -- The effects of the lightning-fueled explosion at a Dow Chemical plant in Bristol, Bucks County, are taking a toll on both sides of the river. Folks as far away as Princeton are reporting smelling chemicals, and parents everywhere are reporting that their children's schools are shutting windows, turning off ACs and going into "lockdown" mode. Dr. Ben Wedro will offer advice on how to proceed over the next day or two.
